Firmware update procedure

1) Download software from above url and save in USB.

2) Power off your RealTv box from main power

3) Plug USB to back of Real TV

4) Now Turn ON you RealTV

Troubleshooting

If your box does not update then follow this steps

  1. Make sure downloaded file name is upg_this.abs (if you don’t see .abs then it is hidden). Sometime if you download multiple time it get name like upg_this(1).abs So make sure file name is upg_this.abs you won’t see .abs in window machine which is ok
  2. If you updating new version of software then you need to delete everything from usb
  3. USB should be on FAT32 format
